It feels so good to be making strides on this journey and even after only a few days I’m noticing some improvements. My mental state has improved and I feel a bit more energetic with the changes I’ve made to my diet. Physically the intermittent fasting has been good so far, I haven’t had any major cravings for food outside of my normal eating hours which is a big relief. Also the walking has really helped with the fluid I was starting to see around my ankles from sitting, it’s really cool to see some of these small changes.
